- For curly haircuts, how should I prepare for my appointment?
Your hair must be detangled, dry and with no products. The hair must not be in a ponytail, braids or any form that will manipulate your curls. Your hair will be washed and styled during your appointment.
- How long will my appointment last?
The haircuts appointments are scheduled for 1 to 1.5 hours. The curly haircut could range between 2-3 hours. For color services, it may vary but will last anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours.
- How do I know which service to book?
We include a detailed description of our services here, but if you’re still not sure, please send us an email (connect@titalowbudget.com) so we can figure out what will be the best for you.
- Can I combine services?
Yes, you can! Just add them to your appointment request. During the consultation, Gretchen will communicate recommendations, how the process will be, and pricing.
- Is the pricing for each service fixed or varies?
The prices vary depending on the client’s density, length and hair condition. Additional time, techniques and products may be needed and therefore, the specific price will be given at the time of consultation.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service booked. Same day cancellations and no-shows appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charge $25. Thank you for your support and understanding of this small business!
